Asian Tuna Burger
2 cans (6 oz/170 g) tuna, drained
2 slices sandwich bread, torn into small pieces
1 tbspAsian Stir-Fry Seasoning
1 tbspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
2 tbsp oil
2 tbspRoasted Garlic Aioli, prepared
Toppings (optional): baby spinach, tomato, avocado, red onion slices
- Mix first five ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into four patties. Patties can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days. Heat a frying pan to medium, add oil, and pan-fry patties for approximately 5 minutes per side, until crisp and brown on the outside and warmed through.
- Serve on buns with your favourite toppings and a dollop of aioli.
