Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) milk, your choice
  • 2 Tbsp (30) Caesar Dressing Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) light mayonnaise or 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • Salad
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 C (250 ml) cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Better Than Bacon Topper , to taste
  • Toppings (optional): capers (drained & rinsed), croutons, lemon wedges

Preparation


 
  • For dressing, using the Funnel, measure oil, milk, dressing mix, mayo, and lemon juice into Cruet. Screw on lid; shake to mix. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
  • For salad, cut romaine into long spears and arrange on a Sheet Pan. Cut tomatoes in half; scatter overtop. Drizzle dressing overtop and finish with cheese and bacon topper.
