  • 4 C (1 L) Marinara Sauce, prepared
  • 2 C (500 ml) frozen mixed veggies, any kind
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30) Fajita Seasoning, or El Dorado Finishing Sauce

Preparation


 
  • Heat ground soy in a Multipurpose Pot - 12 C over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients and heat for approximately 8 minutes.
