Gluten Free Banana Bread that is sweet, moist and so delicious. No mixer required, easy to make and no one will guess it is gluten free.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe medium bananas
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil + more for oiling

1 pkg Sweet Banana Bread Mix
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 350° F
MASH two ripe medium bananas in a large bowl (about ¾ cup)
- WHISK in 2eggs and⅓ cupoil.
- STIR inmix.
- SCRAPE batter into a lightly oiled pan (8” by 4”)
BAKE for 40 – 45 min. Cool in pan 10 min; unmold and enjoy.
Recipe Note
Store gluten-free banana bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before enjoying.
