- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
- Black Pepper (to taste)

1 cup sliced celery
- 4 cups cooked bite-sized pasta
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 3/4 cup cubed low-fat cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions (sliced)
Directions
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
