Make fruit salsa from scratch! Use fruit–canned or fresh. If you have the time, grill fresh fruit to take it over the top. It’s the perfect summer salsa to serve with your best tortilla chips or fish tacos.

Ingredients

2 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix

1 cup crushed pineapple (drained or finely diced peaches or mangoes)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Directions
Add Guacamole Dip Mix to diced tomatoes.
Stir in fruit. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
