Sweet & garlicky roasted potatoes. The perfect side with any meal.
Ingredients
- 4 large Russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- 1 tbsp oil

1–2 tbsp of Oh Canada
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with oil until well-coated.
- Sprinkle in the rub and toss again so the seasoning sticks evenly.
Spread the seasoned wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. For crispier results, line the pan with parchment or use a lightly oiled rack.

Roast for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through. They’re done when the edges are golden and crispy and the centers are tender.
