This easy Greek chicken souvlaki recipe will make you feel like you are right in Greece. All you need is chicken breasts and a few other simple ingredients.

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup olives

2 peppers (sliced)
- 1 small red onion (sliced)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (diced – optional)

1 tsp Minced Garlic (or 2 cloves fresh)

1 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
- 1 cup feta cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Toss chicken, olives, peppers, onion and tomatoes together with oil, minced garlic and greek dressing mix. Place in fry pan. Top with feta cheese.
- Bake covered 20 minutes. Uncover, continue cooking for 15 minutes.
