All the flavors of a cheeseburger—no bun required! Crisp iceberg lettuce is topped with seasoned beef, melty cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and red onion. A fun, lighter twist on a classic favorite.
 
                      Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (your choice)
- 2 tomatoes
- 
                
2 - 3 tbsp Burger Seasoning 
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
- 
2 tbsp ketchup 
- 1 dill pickle (reduced sodium)
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 small red onion
- 
                
⅓ cup prepared 3 Onion Dip (optional) 
Directions
- Heat oil in a large fry pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef. Reduce heat to medium until beef is browned, about 4 min. Stir in seasoning and ketchup. and cook for about 2 more minutes until beef is fully cooked. 
- Meanwhile, cut lettuce into quarters. Discard stem and chop leaves. Chop tomatoes. Dice pickle. Slice onion into rings.
- Divide lettuce among four plates. Top evenly with prepared 3 Onion Dip, meat, tomatoes, onion, pickle, and cheese.
