Ingredients

2 cans (6 oz/170 g each) light tuna, packed in water (drained)
- 8 slices whole-grain bread

1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix or Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
- 2 apples (cored and diced)
- 5 tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
- 1 cup mixed greens
Directions
In a medium bowl, fluff tuna with a fork. Add apple, yogurt, and dip mix. Stir to blend well (will last 2–3 days in your fridge)
- Place mixed greens on four slices of bread and spread tuna on top. Cover each with second slice of bread.
- Cut diagonally and serve.
Recipe Note
Make it Vegetarian: Substitute the tuna for hard-boiled eggs
