The most decadent, chewy, rich, chocolatey brownies — made in the microwave.
Usually baking is better in the oven… but somehow these brownies turn out even better after a short spin in the microwave. Five ingredients, five minutes, and you’ve got brownies that feel like both a blessing and a tiny bit of a curse.
Ingredients

½ cup hot melted unsalted butter or coconut oil

Fudgy Brownie Mix

2 eggs
-
4 tbsp milk (your choice)

1 tsp vanilla

OPTIONAL - ¼ cup walnuts or chocolate chips.
Directions
Combine ½ cup hot, melted unsalted butter or coconut oil with mix.
Stir in 2 eggs, your choice of milk and vanilla extract until well combined. If adding walnuts and/or chocolate chips, fold into batter before baking.
Scrape into lightly oiled 8” x 8” silicone pan.
Microwave on high for 4 minutes
Cool in pan for 6 minutes before serving.
