This honey garlic chicken comes together with just 5 ingredients and 15 minutes, featuring a sweet and savory sauce that’s downright irresistible. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner—or prep ahead for easy meals all week.

Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 pkg Honey Garlic Meatball Seasoning
- ¾ cup water
- ½ tbsp honey
- Toppings (optional): sliced green onion
Directions
- Chop peppers and chicken into 1” pieces.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on one side, about 3 - 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk the seasoning, water and honey together until well combined. Set aside.
- Turn chicken pieces over to begin cooking on either side for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the peppers and cook for additional 1 - 2 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender crisp.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 more minute or until sauce has just started to thicken.Sauté frequently to ensure chicken and veggies are well coated.
- Serve immediately, with rice if desired.
