Bright and satisfying, this dish comes together in minutes (pronto!) Rich, tangy sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese and olives make for a quick and cozy dinner that tastes gourmet with hardly any effort.
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion, diced
1 tbsp Herb & Garlic
⅓ cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
¼ cup black olives, pitted and sliced
2 portions pasta, cooked
⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
Heat pry pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat pan. Sauté red onion until translucent.
Add Herb & Garlic. Add sun-dried tomatoes and olives.
Toss into any hot pasta. Top with crumbled Feta cheese.
