Spicy Clam Linguine

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 lb (450 g) linguine or spaghetti
  • crushed chilies (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Marinara Sauce
  • 1 can (10 oz /284 ml) baby clams (including broth)
  • 2 tsp SPG Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp white wine

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat add olive oil and Marinara Sauce Mix. Sauté until aromatic.
  3. Add clams (including broth), white wine, parsley and crushed chilies. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
  4. Remove pan from heat, add pasta and toss to evenly coat pasta. Divide into serving dishes.

Recipe Note

Substitute white wine with an equal measure of fresh lemon juice. Swap clams for your favourite seafood - prawns, crab and Mussels.
