Simplify your life, sheet pan style! This is all the vibrant, Greek flavours of souvlaki, conveniently packed into a single pan for minimal effort and maximum satisfaction. Dinner in a pan, my friends: it’s the meal solution you’ve been looking for.

Ingredients

1/2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 lb (450 g) trimmed green beans
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) no salt added chickpeas
1 pint cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together seasoning, vinegar, and oil.
  3. Drain and rinse chickpeas and place on lined sheet pan
  4. Add chicken, tomatoes, and green beans. They will overlap—that’s OK. Drizzle sauce on top and gently toss to combine.
  5. Bake 15 min, or until chicken is cooked through, beans are tender-crisp, and some of the tomatoes have burst.
