One of our favourites! A delicious, healthy meal made in minutes. Kebabs are a summer staple, and one of Greece’s most popular street foods. It’s the easiest way to get your protein and veggies grilled quickly!
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 bell peppers
1/2 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
1 small red onion
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Preheat grill to medium high.
Cut chicken, peppers and onions into 1” cubes.
In a bowl, combine seasoning and oil. Add chicken and toss to evenly coat.
Thread meat and vegetables onto Skewers.
Place skewers on grill rotate often until lightly charred and chicken is cooked through, 8–10 min.
