Ingredients
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 cup salad shrimp (reserve a few for garnish)
3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp chives
2 ripe avocados (mashed (reserve avocado shells))
Preparation
Combine avocado, sour cream, lemon juice and dip mix. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavours to mellow.
Fold shrimp into prepared guacamole.
Scoop filling into reserved avocado shells. Garnish with reserved shrimp and a sprinkle of chives.
