Ingredients
8 eggs
⅓ cup milk
3 tbsp CCB
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 cup grated cheese, your choice
1 tbsp butter
Preparation
- Whisk eggs, milk and CCM in a mixing bowl. Stir in cheese.
- Melt butter in a large fry pan over medium heat. Add eggs to pan.
- As mixture begins to set, move a spatula across the bottom and sides of the pan to form large, moist curds. Cook until eggs are done, but still moist.
