Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Slow Cooker Pulled Pork (prepared and heated)
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lime
  • ⅓ cup prepared Guacamole (optional)

Preparation

  1. Divide pulled pork between taco shells.
  2. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and prepared Guacamole (optional!)
  3. Serve each with a lime wedge— everything is better with a fresh squeeze of lime!
