1 bag (11 oz/340 g) tortilla chips 3 green onions (sliced, optional) 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 4 cups cherry tomatoes (halved) 1/2 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli (prepared) 3 cups Pulled Pork (prepared and warmed) 2 cups shredded cabbage
For easier drizzling, thin prepared Roasted Garlic aioli with 1 - 2 tsp of milk or water.
