Pulled Pork Nachos

These nachos are loaded with tender ‘n saucy pork, creamy feta cheese, and a luscious aioli that combine perfectly with crispy tortilla chips.

Pulled Pork Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (11 oz/340 g) tortilla chips
  • 3 green onions (sliced, optional)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli (prepared)
  • 3 cups Pulled Pork (prepared and warmed)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

Preparation

  1. Arrange chips on lined sheet pan. Layer chips with pulled pork, cabbage, and tomatoes. Top with cheese.
  2. Bake until cheese is melted, about 8–10 min. Top warm nachos with green onions and drizzle with aioli.

Recipe Note

For easier drizzling, thin prepared Roasted Garlic aioli with 1 - 2 tsp of milk or water.
