Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower (6 cups chopped cauliflower florets)
2 tbsp melted butter (unsalted)
2 tbsp Herb & Garlic
2 tbsp cream cheese
SPG, to taste
Preparation
Place cauliflower in a pot of salted cold water, bring to a boil, and cook until tender (about 12 minutes). Drain and transfer to a food processor.
Puree the cauliflower with butter, Herb & Garlic and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
