1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Season mushrooms with 2 tbsp seasoning
3. Whisk remaining seasoning with 1 cup half and half and ½ cup water.
4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in large pan over medium-high heat
5. Add mushrooms to pan and brown for 3 - 5 minutes
6. Stir in reserved seasoning mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low.
7. Cover and simmer for 5 min, stirring occasionally
8. Arrange mini-tarts on a sheet pan. Add mushroom mixture to tarts and top with cheese
9. Bake for 30 minutes at 350F until the edges are slightly golden.
