Lamb Souvlaki Skewers

Greek lamb skewers that go from raw to ready in less than 17 minutes.

Lamb Souvlaki Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 10 oz (280 g) lamb or pork loin (cut into chunks)
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 bamboo skewers

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (218° C).
  2. Combine first three ingredients. Alternately thread meat and peppers onto bamboo skewers.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Add skewers and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Place pan in oven and continue to cook for 6–8 minutes until desired doneness.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice, then serve.

Recipe Note

Serve with prepared Tzatziki and prepared Greek Salad.
