High Protein Creamy Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • Juice of 1 small lemon (2 tbsp)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup milk or water to thin it out (start by adding ⅛)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks & enjoy!

Recipe Note

Swap the mayo for Greek yogurt to boost protein. We like the mayo version best, but it’s dealer's choice.
