Guacamole Cream

This is next-level guac! Don’t let the name fool you—this “cream” is totally dairy-free! It’s all about that smooth texture we crave, with luscious avocado blended with the sweetness of peppers, an aromatic punch of garlic, and the right amount of kick from chilies in the mix. Serve in a squeeze bottle, cruet, or something with a pour spout to easily drizzle over tacos.

Guacamole Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix or Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Place the avocado flesh, lime juice, mayonnaise, water, and dip mix into a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth. If your sauce is too thick, add more water, ½ tbsp at a time, to thin it to your desired consistency.

Recipe Note

Instead of mayonnaise, add canned light tuna to prepared guacamole for an extra zesty sandwich or wrap.
