Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pineapple (peeled and cored sliced into rings)
  • vegetable oil (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 cup chopped red and green peppers

Preparation

  1. Brush pineapple with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with Guacamole Dip Mix.
  2. Grill pineapple until marks form on both sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Coarsely chop.
  3. Stir with chopped peppers and diced onions and serve.
