1 lb (450 g) potatoes, peeled and quartered 2/3 cup of milk 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic 2 tbsp olive oil Salt, to taste
Swap olive oil for 2tbsp butter or if you are looking for a lighter version, skip the oil and use additional Herb & Garlic. Leave the potatoes peels on for added fibre.
