Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking.
Slice lime in half. Squeeze juice from half of the lime into small bowl. Add seasoning and oil; whisk to combine. It will be a thick sauce.
Brush the sauce over both sides of the salmon fillet, making sure to flip gently (fish can be delicate!).
Barbecue, with lid closed, 3 min per side or until salmon is cooked through. Making sure to flip carefully halfway through.
When salmon is cooked use a fork to flake into bite-sized pieces.
To make salsa, dice avocado and mango and place in medium-sized bowl Squeeze in juice from remaining half lime. Add 1 tsp Guacamole seasoning. Stir to combine.
Divide salmon and salsa between tortillas. Add additional toppings, if desired.
