Easy Greek Chicken

This easy Greek chicken souvlaki recipe will make you feel like you are right in Greece. All you need is chicken breasts and a few other simple ingredients.

Easy Greek Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 2 peppers (sliced)
  • 1 small red onion (sliced)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (diced – optional)
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic (or 2 cloves fresh)
  • 1 tbsp Greek Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup feta cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Toss chicken, olives, peppers, onion and tomatoes together with oil, minced garlic and greek dressing mix. Place in fry pan. Top with feta cheese.
  3. Bake covered 20 minutes. Uncover, continue cooking for 15 minutes.
