Make crave-worthy basil, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan pasta in minutes. This dish is a simple yet elegant way to celebrate spring flavours. Add cooked chicken to make it a meal! 

Ingredients

½ lb (225 g) uncooked linguine or spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cups cherry tomatoes
2 cups baby spinach
2 tbsp Herb & Garlic

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium heat. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook 7 min, until tomatoes soften, stirring occasionally. Using a spatula, crush tomatoes to release juice. Sprinkle in Herb & Garlic. Bring to a boil and let simmer 4 min.
  3. Add warm noodles to pan. Stir in spinach and cook until spinach is slightly wilted, about 1 min. Add toppings, if desired.
