Broccoli & Cheese Turkey Bake

Broccoli & Cheese Turkey Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, trimmed and cut into 3” pieces
  • 3 cups cooked turkey, sliced or diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¾ cup grated cheese - any kind
  • 1 tbsp Herb & Garlic
  • SPG, to taste
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325F
  2. Steam broccoli for 2 - 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain well and place in an uncreased 9” X 13” baking dish.
  3. Add cooked turkey to broccoli.
  4. Melt butter over medium heat high heat. Sprinkle with all-purpose flour and stir until smooth.
  5. Add milk, whisking frequently until sauce thickens. Add grated cheese and Herb & Garlic, Season to taste with SPG. Pour over turkey and broccoli. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
