CHICKEN - Season 1lb boneless, skinless chicken with seasoning, 1 cup half and half cream and 1/2 cup water. Set aside. Brown chicken and then stir in reserved seasoning. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, add 2 cups baby spinach & serve over pasta.
SALMON - swap salmon fillets for chicken and/or shrimp. Makes the perfect Christmas Eve meal.
SUN-DRIED TOMATO HOT DIP - Combine seasoning with 1 brick cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream. Top with extra cheese and bake until bubbly
CREAMY PASTA SAUCE - Skip the protein and simply serve the sauce over pasta – penne, ravioli, or gnocchi are great
choices. Swap spinach for mushrooms to make creamy mushroom pasta sauce.
CASSEROLE - Make the sauce and use it to make a baked pasta casserole dish/lasagna. Layer prepared sauce with some pasta and cooked chicken or fish and vegetables. Top with cheese and bake until pasta is cooked, and cheese is bubbly.
