Serve 1 slice whole-grain toast with 2 tsp nut butter.
Ingredients
1 scoopPower Up Vanilla Protein Blend , or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1⁄2 cup frozen mango
1⁄2 cup water
1⁄2 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add more water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
