1 lb (450 g) cooked green beans, chilled
1 small onion, cut in half, then thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1⁄2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
1⁄4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
- Place chilled green beans, onion, tomato and Feta cheese in serving bowl.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and mix gently. Serve at room temperature.
