TEX MEX BEEF: Add the dry mix to ground beef, meatloaf, hamburgers or meatballs.

FRUIT SALSA: Mix 1 cup of the prepared Poco Picante with 1 cup of crushed pineapple, mango, or peaches for a sweet-and-spicy salsa perfect for fish or grilled chicken.

BREAD: Add dry mix to bread, cornbread or biscuit dough.

GRAINS: Add dry mix to cooking water for quinoa, rice, or grains
