Customize your cheesecake by swapping raspberries for strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or a mixed berry blend.

COULIS - combine 1 - 2 tbsp of mix with 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries. Microwave for 1 minute. Use as topper for ice cream, granola and parfaits.

POPSICLES - freeze prepared cheesecake filling in a popsicle mould for frozen cheesecake on a stick. Roll in crushed graham crackers before serving.

TARTS - f you don't want a whole cheesecake scoop the prepared cheesecake filling into tart shells.

VEGAN - Substitute traditional cream cheese with vegan cream cheese and use coconut whip for a plant-based treat.

TIPS TO ENJOY
Top with fresh berries, lemon zest, or a dollop of whipped cream just before serving.

For the cleanest slices chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight before slicing so the texture is firm and easy to cut.
