Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs (680 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cups prepared Poco Picante Salsa

2 cups prepared Nourish Broth

1–2 tbsp Taco seasoning

16 corn tortillas

1 cup prepared Guacamole

2 cups shredded mixed greens

1 cup shredded cheddar

Preparation

  1. Combine chicken, broth, salsa, and seasoning in a slow cooker and stir gently.
  2. Cover; cook for 3 hours on high or 8 hours on low setting.
  3. With two forks, pull chicken to shred. Stir to combine.
  4. Divide shredded chicken, mixed greens, cheddar, and guacamole between tortillas to serve.
