Meet the New Arrivals: Everything Bagel, Hollandaise, and Summer Berry

Three new arrivals just landed, and they're here to play. Summer Berry turns summer fruit into dessert in about two minutes. Everything Bagel makes almost anything taste like more with a single shake. And Hollandaise Sauce turns brunch into something restaurant-worthy without the stress. Here are some of our favourite ways to use them.

SUMMER BERRY DIP MIX

Real raspberries. Real strawberries. A hint of hibiscus and rooibos. Endless ways to use it, from breakfast to dessert.

Sweet dip in 2 minutes

Stir 2 tbsp into 1 cup plain Greek yogurt. Serve with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or sliced peaches.

Ice pops

Mix 2 tbsp into 1 cup Greek yogurt. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. Two ingredients, no oven, kids love them.

Smoothies

Stir 1–2 tsp directly into your smoothie blend. Adds berry flavour and colour without extra sugar or artificial anything.

Pancake, waffle, or muffin batter

Stir 1–2 tbsp into Pancake & Waffle or Quick Biscuit batter before cooking.

Overnight oats or oatmeal

Stir 1 tsp into oats with milk before refrigerating overnight. Ready in the morning, no extra steps.

Cream cheese ball

Mix 2 tbsp into 250g softened cream cheese until smooth. Form into a ball and roll in toasted coconut or chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.

Watermelon pizza

Spread Summer Berry yogurt dip over a thick round slice of watermelon. Top with fresh berries. No baking, five minutes.

Frozen yogurt bark

Spread Summer Berry dip onto a parchment-lined tray. Top with fresh fruit and freeze 2 hours. Break into pieces.

Parfait layer

Alternate Summer Berry yogurt dip with granola and fresh or frozen blueberries in a glass. Breakfast or dessert — both work.
