White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Cookies
1⁄2 cup butter, at room temperature
1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
1⁄2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 cup white chocolate chips
1⁄2 cup toasted and coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, or any kind
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Cream butter with sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, salt and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture, mixing to create dough. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop dough by teaspoonful 2” apart onto Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake for 10 minutes.
