- Wash and shake kale, so it’s slightly damp. Working in batches, spread kale out on a Multipurpose Tray without overlapping. Season with your favorite Epicure seasoning and microwave on high for 1 minute intervals until crisp.
- Using a 4-in-1 Mandoline, slice potatoes and yams. Working in batches, spread slices out on a Multipurpose Tray without overlapping. Season with your favorite Epicure seasoning. Microwave on high until crispy, 3–4 minutes (yams may take longer), until crisp.
When veggie chips have cooled, store in an airtight container for up to one week.
