Turkey Tortilla Pinwheels

Whole-grain tortillas provide added fibre - important for heart health and weight maintenance.
Ingredients
2 (10 in/25 cm) whole-wheat or spinach tortillas
1⁄4 cup light cream cheese
1 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
6 thin slices lean turkey breast (deli meat)
2 tbsp cranberry sauce
lettuce leaves to cover
Preparation
- Spread tortilla shells with cream cheese.
- Sprinkle Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning over cream cheese.
- Cover with turkey slices then spread with cranberry sauce.
- Cover with lettuce leaves.
- Roll up tightly and wrap with plastic. Store in refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
- Slice each roll into 6 pinwheels.
