Turkey Dinner Vols-au-vent
1 box (300 g) frozen Tenderflake Patty Shells (6 shells)
1 cup packed leftover stuffing, warmed
1 cup frozen peas, cooked, or leftover diced cooked vegetables, warmed
2 cups diced cooked turkey, warmed
1⁄4 cup cranberry sauce
1 recipe preparedSavoury Herb Gravy
- Place vol-au-vents (patty shells) on a Sheet Pan and bake according to package directions.
- Divide stuffing between vol-au-vents. Divide and spoon in peas and turkey.
- Place on plates, spoon cranberry sauce overtop and drizzle with prepared Gravy.
