Take Two Taco Salad

Eating extra-lean ground beef is a great way to cut down on artery-clogging fat.
Ingredients
8 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded carrots
1 recipe preparedTaco Filling, reheated
1 cupPoco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 cup low-fat shredded cheese, your choice
Preparation
- Place 2 cups Romaine lettuce in 4 bowls. Top with 1⁄4 cup carrots, 1 serving of Taco Filling, 1⁄4 cup Salsa and 2 tbsp cheese. Serve.
