Preparation
  1. Combine avocado, sour cream, lemon juice and dip mix. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavours to mellow. 
  2. Fold shrimp into prepared guacamole. 
  3. Scoop filling into reserved avocado shells. Garnish with reserved shrimp and a sprinkle of chives. 
Tips

Substitute Guacamole Dip Mix with Poco Picante Salsa Mix.

Serve with 12 cup shrimp (add more to your boat!) 2 cups mixed greens, and 1 slice of bread.
