Sweet & Spicy Sticky Wings
1⁄3 cup honey
1⁄3 cup Dijon-style mustard
1⁄3 cupRed Pepper Jelly
2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together first 3 ingredients. Add wings, tossing to coat. Wings can be cooked immediately or marinated in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- To cook, arrange prepared wings on a parchment-lined Sheet Pan and bake for 20 minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 15 minutes. Broil wings for 3 minutes on each side, or until crisp and brown.

2 lbs (900 g) of chicken wings equals approximately 25 - 30 wings. If you buy whole wings, remove tips and freeze until the next time you need to make prepared Epicure Nourish Broth. Split wings at the joint to make 2 pieces.
