Stir-fried Beef Curry with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) thin strips of sirloin beef

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tspAsian Stir-Fry Seasoning

2 green onions, sliced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 tbsp Mango Curry Dip Mix

³⁄₄ cupVegetable Broth

1 ¹⁄₂ cups frozen mixed vegetables

Preparation

Preheat frying pan or Wok to medium-high. Lightly coat with oil and stir-fry beef with Asian Stir-fry Seasoning for 3–5 minutes.
Remove beef from pan, reduce heat to medium and stir-fry onion and pepper.
Once onion and pepper start to soften, return beef to pan and add Mango Curry Dip Mix. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, until aromatic. Add Bouillon.
Bring to a simmer, add vegetables and cook for 3–5 minutes.
