Steak Sandwich

This open-faced steak sandwich is a riff on classic Steak ’n Caesar, replacing traditional Romaine with heart-healthy spinach.
Ingredients
2 thick slices bread, toasted or grilled
1⁄4 cup steak sauce
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 (4 oz/ 114 g)Grilled Montreal Steak, cooked, sliced
1⁄4 cupCaesar Dressing
2 red onion rings, optional
Better Than Bacon Topper, to taste
Preparation
- Spread toasted bread with steak sauce. Arrange spinach overtop.
- Top with steak, then drizzle with Caesar Dressing.
- Place sandwiches on plates and top with onion rings, if desired, and Better Than Bacon Topper.
