Ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup sriracha sauce

2 lbs (900 g) chicken wing pieces

Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
Toss chicken wings with ¹⁄₂ the hot sauce.
Place in a single layer on Sheet Pan. Roast in oven for 30 minutes.
Toss wings in remaining hot sauce immediately before serving. Season with Sea Salt.
