Spiral Greek Salad
Veggie spirals add a twist to the classic Greek salad recipe.
2 English cucumbers, cut into 3” long rounds
1 small red onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1⁄4 cup Greek or black olives
1⁄2 cup low-fat feta cheese
2 tbspGreek Dressing, prepared
- Turn the cucumber into spirals with a Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss to coat with Greek Dressing. Serve immediately.
