Veggie spirals add a twist to the classic Greek salad recipe.


Ingredients

English cucumbers, cut into 3” long rounds
1 small
red onion, sliced
1
bell pepper, chopped
4
tomatoes, cut into wedges
14 cup
Greek or black olives
12 cup
low-fat feta cheese
2 tbsp

Preparation
  1. Turn the cucumber into spirals with a Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Toss to coat with Greek Dressing. Serve immediately.
