Spicy Pan-fried Fish Fillets
With just 3 ingredients, this main course is quick and delicious.
2 tsp olive oil
4 (3 oz/85 gr) white fish fillets, your choice
2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Mix
- Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat pan.
- Sprinkle both sides of fillets with Sriracha Sauce Mix.
- Pan-fry fillets on one side until golden. Turn over and repeat.
